We like to think of the Roman Holiday as the somewhat more subdued younger brother to the Springtime in Italy — Luke Wilson to Owen Wilson, essentially.

Like the Springtime in Italy, the fabric from the Roman Holiday comes from Lancifico Subalpino, our favorite Mediterranean fabric house. It is a textured lightweight cotton that reads as crisp, alert, and artfully dishevelled.

If you work in an office that looks like a stylish hotel bar, the Roman Holiday is absolutely ready for the office. But its true home is at a restaurant or cafe, al fresco, in a metropolis big enough to attract young people from at least three continents.
